Terms of Service - Calendar

1. Acceptance

By accessing the Calendar app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Service Description

Calendar is a standalone Sapphire application that displays scheduling, priorities, calendar imports, and selected read-only cross-feature events through a shared backend.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining control of your credentials and for any activity that occurs under your session in this app.

4. Permitted Use

No unauthorized access attempts or misuse of connected calendar data.
No scraping, reverse engineering, or abuse of the shared API.
No attempts to bypass approval, authentication, or access controls.

5. Third-Party Services

Calendar may rely on Google, Oura, and imported ICS sources. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
